Avatar issue

Tried to change my avatar and use one from the net, but got an error msg: "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file."

It could be because I think the image was too large pixel wise perhaps? I've not tried it from the net before so I don't know if that's sposed to happen (if it's too big or something anyway!) so thought I'd let you know :-)

I had to save mine onto my computer and do it that way...

Yes that's what I did in the end, I was just being lazy trying to shove it on straight from the net! Did you two get the same error msg then?

i had "invalid url" which it wasnt, coz i used the same one on another forum!

yup also got the invalid URL message... at the time i thought it was just me being a bit stupid... lol
