Hope it's okay to post this here, Suzi feel free to :angry-smiley-044: me if i've done wrong.

As you all know I make cards and have joined up with another woman (Whassat on Mumszone) who makes necklaces and bracelets and we sell them at www.applecartcrafts.co.uk. Have a browse and see if you can be tempted.

Morning Bunny were you up most of the night too? Saw you online whilst i was sitting up with chest infection boy. Hope you are ok. I have had a look at the cards they are good. I think that like me you are possibly underpricing them though most hand made cards are going for nearly double. However, as long as you are covering your costs with a small amount on top for yourself then I think they will sell well as you are undercutting the current market.

No I wasn't on too late last night, maybe I just didn't log out and it thought I was still there. The reason they are so cheap is because it's a hobby for me, I'm not in it to make money, keep s me occupied and oput of trouble.

Thanks Suzi, I'll add a link in my siggy later.

Look at thread wendy's blankets here in arts and crafts, there is a selection of cards, scarves and blankets on there. Have also had the knitting machine out and been making kids jumpers but as I need to sew them up I haven't got pics of them yet.

Bless you sweetheart. After I have got the christmas fayre out of the way I am starting on next years christmas presents, hand crochet blankets for single beds for the kids in the family, a double bed for both sets of parents and kingsize for us and our siblings.

I am also going to do some more cards and use the knitting machine to do some tops, skirts, dresses and bags for the summer fete as well as working on stock for next years christmas fair. It's going to be a lot of work but as it is something I enjoy I should be ok. Hopefully I will be able to start taking orders and maybe earn enough to quit working for someone else iyswim.

Sounds like a great plan, mummyhill! You've certainly put a lot of thought into it. I *know* you'll do great.

bit slow, I know me and Andrea need to advertise the site a lot more.

Right now I have 20% of selected cards.
