We are thinking of upgrading to vBulletin software. Basically its a lot better than the software we currently use as its paid for and offers a lot more options including arcade and the facility to add a gallery as well as offering more options to members and a more secure board.

Obviouly as its not free I either have to ask for donations towards the cost please (only minimal if anyone would like to) or I make a charge for the gallery and arcade.

Which would be preferable to you?

I know that the proposed software (same as mz) has better security systems, more options and is far easier to use.

Me too - would it be rude of me to ask how much we need to raise?

thank you!

To cover the cost of the new software it is £56.40 annually..
pm me for paypal details if thats your preferred option.

Bluebell has stated that any amount how small is really gratefully recieved, she isnt expecting the cost to be covered totally..

I will add that any money left over from doing the card swap at christmas will also be going to this fund too...

Arrrggghhhh! I have no idea how to use this! And ti wouldn't let me in for ages and it told me I had 103 pms!

Anyway, all sorted now I'm in, and just to be annoying I'd prefer to have the gallery and arcade chargeable but then I spose you wouldn't get any money if people didn't actually use them, er, I don't know, I spose donate in that case!
