Ok, apologies if this lives somewhere else....(Suzi, if it does - would you be so kind as to more it for me).....

I'm in the middle of reading 'Sunbathing in the rain - a cheerful book about depression'. It's really good actually - if very bitty, which I think would be ideal for when you're a bit under the weather and finding it difficult to concentrate.....

However, I've just got my order from Waterstones - and I've ordered 'head case: treat yourself to better mental health' by Dr Pamela Stevenson-Connolly. There were rave reviews about her last book about life with Billy (although I haven't read it - only buy new books when I absolutly have to, so waiting to find it in a charity shop)...

This book has been raved about - so will let you know if the top reviews are deserved.....

My approach, if you hadn't guessed is 'know thine enemy'.....so have read quite a few books on the subject (primarily very unhelpful ones, but let's not go there - the book world seems to be evolving with the times)

i totally agree with you there.
I think the more aware you are the more armed you are for combat when a bad episode rears it's ugly head.:icon_biggrin:
