Hello to all our new members. Don't forget to introduce yourselves! Have a look round and when you are ready grab a cuppa, a comfy chair and jump in on the convos. It is great to talk to people who have an understanding of how you are feeling and who are happy to share experiences with you in the hopes that we can all help each other and raise awareness hopefully clearing away some of the confusion and stigma that surrounds depression and anxiety.
