Hi everyone just joined this wonderful group and I hope I can make friends with some people on here. I'm Dave, 49 years young (seriously Im 25 in the head) and have suffered with depression and anxiety for almost 24 years now. I was rid of it for the past couple of years but, alas, its reared its ugly head again so I'm back to square one. Still I beat it once opefully I can again. If anyone would like to mail me, feel free I don't bite!!!!

Hi Dave and welcome to DWD. You seem to have a great attitude towards your depression which is fab, as you say you have beaten it before and you can do it again.

We're a friendly lot, and you sound like a chipper chappee....as Seaspirit says, you have a great attitude, and that's half the battle...
