Not only is it Friday, it’s Good Friday, hot cross bun day, and it’s a day off work for many of us (party). Seems like the perfect excuse to put up banners, blow up balloons, get the confetti out, grab a glass of fizz, and ask you this all important question:
WHAT 5 MOMENTS (more or less) IN THE PAST WEEK HAVE MADE YOU SMILE, LAUGH OR THROW A FEW CARTWHEELS IN JOY?
You don’t have to tell us about the time you ran the hardest marathon in the world (Jasmin Paris: I ran 'toughest race' to inspire women worldwide https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-edinburgh-east-fife-68651150), taking a walk in the sunshine is just as wonderful.
HOWEVER, please don’t write any negatives. I will have to delete it!
Mine, to get us going:
- listened to my counsellor and put the study books down for a few days
- went to the cinema with hubby (the new Ghostbusters film ;))
- visited in-laws (from my first marriage, they are truly lovely people)
- had my first Easter chocolate
- had lunch with my bff to celebrate her significant birthday (and the presents made her cry (giggle))
