With all the issues with the forum going down, numerous times, I feel like I have little idea of what you’re all up to. So, how are you doing?

I am plodding but trying to fit in things I enjoy and that help me.
My fil has been moved from treatment to palliative care so we are busy trying to support him and mil. There are a lot of difficult family dynamics which I am trying to stay out of. I'm going to sit with him this afternoon as mil has a hospital appointment.

I'm waiting for blood test results. I've another GP appointment at the end of the month. The HSE (our version of NHS), have withdrawn funds for the weight loss injection I've been on. It's been a month of ups and downs really.

I'm tired. This weekend has brought up an awful lot for me so it's probably a good thing that I start therapy on Tuesday. I have a ridiculous amount of uni work to do, an essay to write on gestalt therapy, but I've spent the morning fixing A's patronus Lego after it fell off the mantle.

On the plus side, J treated me to take away curry after a tough weekend and we went to see Cast, who were amazing!!!

I’m ok. Had my blood test this morning so hopefully I’ll get the results t9morrow and I’ll know what next steps are. I was a little tearful last night - I’m fed up with my body failing me. It’s especially annoying as I’ve lost weight so should be ‘healthier’ :/

Pretty good still a bit weary after my illness (some sort of virus) but getting there.

You’ve all been a little quiet. Is everyone ok?

Slowly recovering! How about you?

Not great. My thyroids still overactive, and endocrinology have downgraded my referral re parathyroid from urgent to routine. We’ve got a leak so the plumber is busy drilling holes all over the house to try and find it.

Has the plumber found the leak yet??

Yes, and it’s fixed. Huge hole in my wall, ceiling bulging and stained from the leak, mistress of the house having a breakdown, insurance claim being submitted…….

Fixed is good. Hopefully things can be put right quickly.

Pretty awful tbh. Went to visit the in laws on Friday. Both are having flares of arthritis but were still able to smile through it all. Went to visit my dad on Sunday and he was very very rude to the 3 of us. We left after a short while. I was upset and have vouched not to go back for a while. It kinda ruined my weekend though.

Anxious. My pharmacy can't get hold of 50mg pregabalin and I run out tomorrow! So hoping they can sort out a prescription for 25mg in time

Doctors did the prescription straight away and I've spoken to the pharmacy and they're sorting it out this afternoon! Phew!

Even managed a tutorial with my tutor-supervisor!

Aisling and I went for a Sunday drive yesterday. It was lovely, just the two of us. I did a full loop around loch Corrib. It was full of twists and turns, with surprises around each corner. The weather was nice with some spring sunshine, and I think we only had one shower of rain all afternoon.

I had a beauticians appointment yesterday. She has done a great job of my eyebrows. There are more and more silver ones, each time I go!! I can't understand it, because I'm only 21. (rofl)
