It’s the end of the week, weekend eve, the day we all breathe a sigh of relief. It’s FRIDAY!!! And it’s probably been a mixed bag of a week for most of us but this post only celebrates the awesome! So, I have the honour of asking THE most important question of the week *squeals in excitement*……
WHAT 5 HAPPENINGS (more or less) HAVE GIVEN YOU A LIFT/CREATED BUBBLES OF HAPPINESS?
I’m not necessarily looking for ‘experienced zero gravity’, ‘went for a walk with the dogs’ is just as wonderful.

- binge watched Bodies on Netflix, fab show
- Strictly night with Katie
- listened to my husband when he told me to rest
- was challenged by my MH mentor who gave me lots to think about
- planning what we’re going to do when we go away with the kids and the dogs in January for my birthday
- hubby’s birthday - we had a great day and ate way too much (party)
