I am a techie, so I always try to solve my problems with some kind of tool, if available.
But in this case, I haven't found a good tool yet.

I create a list of my successes, achievements, and pictures that cheer me up, for example in Google Keep, Sheets or notion, and look at them when I feel bad.
This helps me a lot, but using these tools is cumbersome and not optimized.
How does it look for you?

Hi mick and welcome (hi). It’s great to meet you! When you get a sec, we’d love to hear more about you in our Introductions section. As for apps, as a lifelong sufferer, I generally can tell when things aren’t going well with my MH, but I know they’re useful for a lot of people

The founder of this forum pointed me in the direction of Finch. It’s probably aimed toward teenager and young adults but it’s a helpful tool. It gives rewards for scheduling and achieving tasks, an option to describe how you feel and various other things. I’ve used it for a while (I’m also in my 40s so not just for kids) and find it really helps.
