Annnnnnd it’s Friday again, woohoooooo (party). So, it’s my honour and privilege to ask, with keen expectation……

WHAT ARE THE 5 EVENTS (give or take) THIS PAST WEEK THAT HAVE FILLED YOUR HEART WITH JOY, OR HAVE RAISED A SMILE

Remember, it doesn’t have to be ‘surprised with a private jet for dinner in Milan’, as ‘chilled in front of the TV’ is just as important.

Oh, and NO negativity, please, as it WILL be removed!

Here’s mine for starters:

- lovely family BBQ in the sunshine at my brother’s
- spending Bank Holiday with the kids
- started my reduction of amitriptyline
- got all birthday/Father’s Day stuff for June sorted
- ordered some new glasses
