Is this news article really needed?

Surely anyone who takes antidepressants knows not to just stop them and to gradually cut down?

BBC Link (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-64292963) apparently NICE needed to research this, and publish it and announce it as news on BBC news... Sometimes I do wonder what would happen if they actually worked on sharing awareness of MH, or helped look into things that help... Or maybe I'm just cynical today.
