Vortioxetine

I know it’s the Christmas period and I’ve been eating more rubbish than normal, but does Vortioxetine cause bloating? My stomach feels uncomfortably bloated and I look like I’ve got a football up my top (I doubled the dose today)

Sorry that is one of the meds I’ve not taken so can’t really help. Have you read the PIL?

It didn't affect me like that but that's not to say it isn't a side effect.

I had read the PIL, I always do. That mentioned various gastrointestinal issues but not bloating specifically. But drugs.com does mention it which is why I wanted to check if anyone else had had the same problem

I mainly had lightheadedness and dizziness when I started it and with every increase.

I definitely got a bit bloated when I started but it did resolve and moving around helped a bit too.... but I am menopausal and bloat easily anyway
