Hello all,
Not sure what to say, I feel it would be almost nothing or an essay of epic proportion!!
I was first diagnosed in 1996 with stress, anxiety and depression, have good days, bad days, on medication more often than not (currently on Seroxat) but generally muddle though life with varying degrees of coping.
Life is good at the moment, and I know that could change at any time but I try not to dwell on it.
Well, that's it for now.
