My mind is full of completely irrelevant information that nobody wants/needs to know but it would be selfish to keep it to myself so I’ll share some of my random knowledge with you guys.

I’ll start with this gem....

Snakes have two penises.

Yes that is true, known as the hemipenis and is different in each species and acts like a lock and key mechanism to avoid cross species breeding and when they lock on to each other can be at it for hours!

Ok next useless fact, Smokey Robinson’s chart topping single ‘Being With You’ hit the number one spot in June 1981.

No idea why I retained that nugget of info but it’s locked in my vault of irrelevant crap.

I knew that one Stella. I’ve got a similar useless fact, Paolo Rossi won the golden boot at the 1982 World Cup in Spain also scoring 6 goals and Italy went on to win. I shared the same birthday as him!

I did not know about the snakes but when I told Ethan he said yeah I know so do lizards!!

That's one I'm sure will come in handy for me (rofl) (rofl) (rofl)

Now Suzi, when Mike does the sports quiz, you never know what questions will come up!! Now you know the top scorers in 2 world cups!! (rofl)

One I shared with Suzi the other day, Whigfield became the first female artist to enter the UK charts at #1 with her debut single Saturday Night. Of course the music industry was completely different in the 90s compared to nowadays and that was a bit deal.

Did you know that the Brooklands racing track is the first one in the country for motor racing and is still there (but not complete) and is about 15 mins away from me? Did you know that in WWII because it was such a landmark it would have given away location for German planes - so they planted trees in the track and made a cardboard town up so that it didn't look like the racing track anymore.

Stella180

I was aware of the location, I didn’t know about the cardboard town but it makes sense.
