Here - as in this forum. I would sincerely like someone to talk to - I feel so low. Not suicidal or anything like that, just very low.

If anyone has the energy, empathy and a caring heart to listen, please let me know. It's nothing to do with lockdown - I'm practically housebound anyway.

Hi and welcome to the group. Have you seen your Dr recently and told them how you are feeling? Are you eating and drinking sensibly? Are you able to get any exercise? I'm sorry, lots of questions, but it helps to get a good viewpoint and understanding of your position....
