Hello, I am new to this. I feel I need help to overcome a boss at work who is making my life there untenable. What can I do.

It is also making me really depressed, it has been happening on and off for the past four months.

Hi and welcome. Are you able to keep a diary of what things are happening? What about talking to the CAB or to Acas?

I will try to keep a diary on my phone, but I will have to try and do it without them knowing I am using my phone as we aren't supposed to use it whilst working.

If you are struggling, have you been to your GP and got some help there? Be it time off, medication or talking therapy?
