I'm LMS.
I've had depression for years and no sort of therapy or support groups or meds have really helped.
Luckily, never been suicidal but have family that have been and I have supported them for my whole life.
Don't really get triggered too easily so talk freely to me. (nod)
I have social and health anxiety as well as Trichotillomania, OCD and I self harm.
Usually online in the middle of the night so if you need help, just shout.
Just trying to find peeps who understand to talk to.
