Hello all, I have been thinking about this at times. And read a little about it. This is one of the things I have read https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/how_gratitude_changes_you_and_your_brain
So I was thinking of making a thread about it. Where we can post what we are grateful for. It can be a small thing or big thing.

So then I could go first :)

Grateful to be here on this forum. Where people don't judge me for me being depressed or in a "mood". But people that talk to me and others with kindness in there hearts.

What a lovely thread and I’m grateful, Mira, that you’ve started this thread.

I’m also grateful that we’ve got Jess’s 18th birthday presents sorted :)

I know I'm so proud! He's not been doing it for 6 months yet - he's not been able to go through grading yet as he hasn't been doing it long enough, and the person who got gold was a whole grade and a half above him!

I am grateful that people talked to me here today. It helped me go out for a walk instead of staying on the couch.

Well Mira, I’m grateful for everybody that has talked to me on here today too! But it’s had the opposite effect on me! I’ve managed to pace and stay inside instead of pushing myself to do things that don’t need done today!

I want to mention my mum. She has given all her kids so much while having so little. I am so grateful for her being my mum. Could not wish for a better one.
