Hi all,

I created a free blog to document my journey with mental health, i hope this is allowed to be posted.

Its mainly for my own benefit to come to terms with admission of how i really feel/think.
Some of you will relate, i plan to post multiple times daily to document thoughts or feelings that are of particular attention.

Link removed by Suzi as per DWD standard practise.

Will be a big help to me to know people are acknowledging it, and maybe it can help others too.

I've removed your link as I don't allow links for new members - especially links to blogs etc as often people only post for self promotion.

I have had a look at your blog though, and the biggest thing I need to tell you is that alcohol is anything but your best friend. Alcohol is a depressant. It destroys people's lives and the lives of those around them. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't "self medicate" with it...

Please go and speak to your Dr and tell them how you are feeling...
