Finding ways to cope is trial and error I'm afraid, what works for one won't work for everyone

Hi and welcome to DWD. We've lots of threads on things like coping and distraction so have a really good look around and join in where you feel comfortable.

Talking helps. Just getting the thoughts out of your head can be a relief and it’s good to know you’re not alone in how you feel. I find music is a great distraction for me

I'm willing to try anything till I can get to my docs on Monday. I'm always feeling alone on my own and failing x

When I've spoke you mate all I've done is cry. And is it normal to feel sick and be off food

I've not long came back from my slimmi.g world group. And sat broke my heart. Wish this horrible feeling would really do one. But like you say I'm not this poorly overnight x

You need to try to find some positives - they don't have to be huge, but any ray of hope/light/positivity is awesome... There will be something, you just have to search for it...

Can you try doing something with your children? Colouring? Making things out of junk? A walk? Blanket fort and watching movies?
