Since the summer holidays started I'm afraid time is running out on me. However, although I'm a day late here are my fab 5...

1. Summer holidays. Thank God I have a sleep in till 9 now.
2. Company of loved ones. It's nice to be able relax in other people's company. For a long time I wasn't able to do this.
3. Having my mum and dad around for another week. Always a bonus.
4. The friends that I've got here. Always with a kind word and knowing the right thing to say. Thanks everyone.

1. Friends being there and supporting me, especially Welf who has really helped me make it through this first week in my place by having confidence in me. Also his mum, my friend in the UK and two girls from my Dutch course who have each spent a little time with me this week.
2. Feeling normal sadness that has nothing to do with being ill. It makes me know who I am and what I care about and I know I am alive.
3. Getting a little more sleep, it is not quite a sleep pattern yet but it is so much better than it was.
4. A day without a panic attack.
5. Outside, I had forgotten how good it was. I am walking most days.
